He was born on May 17, 1924, in St. Albans, the son of Wesley Sampson Frost and Mary Vicnaire Frost. He lived a quiet life for many years in New Gloucester. He loved talking to people, making friends and enjoyed many community activities. He had been employed in the building of I-95 and in recent years, he was cared for by Alternative Services, Inc. He was predeceased by his parents. A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m., Monday, June 11, 2012, at the Village Cemetery, Cemetery Road, in St. Albans.
