He is survived by his caring and devoted wife, Christine of Palmyra; loving mother Valerie McDougal of Palmyra; daughter Brandee Lewis of South Windham; step-daughter Melissa Davis and husband Scott and grandchildren Dalton, Aubrey, and Craig, all of Belfast; sister Jennifer McDougal and fiancé Fred Moody, and her daughter Shelby Haskell, all of Hartland; half-brother Maurice McDougal and wife Bonnie of Pittsfield and their sons: Kevin Cross and his family of St Albans and Anthony Cross and his family of Hartland; half-sisters: Bambi Crosby and husband Frank of Palmyra and their daughter Amanda Crosby of Bangor, Wendy Rines and husband David of Palmyra and their sons: Jared Snowman and his family of Hartland and Thad Rines and his family of Hartland, and Paula Towle of Bangor and her daughters: Samantha Towle and her family of New Hampshire and Mercedes Towle of Bangor; many aunts, uncles, cousins, great nieces and great nephews, most from surrounding areas. Paul was very close to one cousin, Mary Davis of Hancock, and his good friend David Lyons of Pittsfield.

He was predeceased by his father, Paul Snowman; sister Angela McDougal; brother Heath McDougal; and nephew Devon Rines, who are always and especially at this time remembered and missed.

Paul will be greatly missed by his friends and family.

There will be a graveside service to be determined at a later date. All will be welcome.
